Saturday Menus

My new year's resolution for 2026, inspired by this, is to host a dinner every other Saturday that we're home. Because of the age of our kids, our friends kids, and the distance most of our guests will be travelling, I made it lunch instead.

So every other Saturday in 2026 I'll host a lunch and post the menu here, along with comments about what worked, what didn't, how easy the prep and cook was and how strong the response was.
